Can you prescribe via telehealth?
In many cases, yes — especially if your pet is an existing Tandem patient. We can prescribe or refill medications when appropriate and legal.
Start with us! We’ll evaluate your pet virtually and let you know if an in-person visit is recommended.
Yes — please download the Tandem app before your telehealth visit. It ensures a smooth connection and gives you access to your pet’s records. If possible, we also recommend sending photos or videos of your pet’s symptoms ahead of time — it’s often easier (and less stressful) than trying to capture things live during the call.
